What if we slowed down every single choice and interaction and asked “what is the kindest thing to say or do right now?” What if we applied that to ourselves?When I have desperate need of a vacation or escape, I like to pause and ask myself what it is creating that angst. Sometimes it comes from a healthy place of novelty or curiosity, sometimes it’s because something in my life is actually not working well or balanced. It’s good to reflect and adapt accordingly.
