Chronic Illness & Pain
Do you have a new diagnosis and are unsure of how to cope with the road ahead?
Have you been living with chronic illness or pain for a long time and find yourself burnt out, alone, or struggling with the unpredictable slog of day to day life?
Have you been in denial and have been masking, pretending everything is fine when it’s not?
Are you a pro at coping but would like more skills to take you to thriving? (yes, it’s possible to THRIVE with chronic illness & pain–it’s just gonna look different than the thriving IG posts advertise)
Do you know what a spoonie is or what spoons are? (if not, scroll down because you need to.)
I have been living with chronic illness and pain since I was 15. I’ve worked with countless clients in my career who have either been in the process of getting diagnosed, newly diagnosed, or have been living with conditions for decades.
Using somatic psychology, techniques and research from the field of pain psychology, and mindfulness techniques I have supported many into learning how to attune to and resource their needs in their daily lives, create community and accessibility, and how to care for illness and pain while still growing capacity, resilience, and joy. Chronic illness doesn’t mean you can’t live a fulfilling life, it’s just going to look different. Many times, it looks deeper and more holistic than if you were completely well.
